Perhaps you would like to book a comedian for a one-off show, a charity event, a sporting encounter or an after-dinner speaker? Hilarity Bites has experience in all of these fields, along with contacts with all of the biggest names on the UK and international comedy circuit, and some of the best newcomers too.
Since Hilarity Bites started booking comedy in June 2006 we have worked with many different venues, helping to source comedians for charity shows and one-off events as well as booking regular comedy shows throughout the North-East. Not only do we do this, but we always supply the very best acts possible for any budget - whether it be an open-mic night with a professional compere introducing new talent, or a night of comedy featuring the top TV stars of the moment, Hilarity Bites can do it all.
An indication of the quality of acts that we can provide can be seen from our track record with regards to the Edinburgh Comedy Awards - well over half of the acts nominated for the main award since 2006 have performed for Hilarity Bites (including three of the four winners) along with over a dozen of the best newcomer nominees and familiar TV names such as Reginald D. Hunter, Kevin Bridges, Jon Richardson, Sarah Millican and John Bishop.
